And that said, they've still got a lot of work to do.
But we've got movement on the training and admin centre, which is going to be an incredible place for the players in their AFL and AFLW programs to develop.
And the stadium, once it comes on board, will be great.
We've also got, at the moment, a redevelopment of the Launceston Stadium.
And we've seen that with the Hawks playing this year where it's
been under construction.
But when that comes online, I think sometime in 2027, we'll see an 18, 20,000 seat stadium that's had $150 million spent on it, which will be great for the Hawks next year and then for the Devils the year after.

Who wins the flag?
Look, I think everyone's excited for the NFL to see what it's like on the MCG and get an incredible stadium that we're fortunate enough to play our grand final and all of our big games on the world stage.
So a big tick for that.
We've been working really closely with the NFL, Visa Victoria and the MCC.
What I have complete faith in is the staff of the MCC and our operational staff and the team at the NFL to get that turnaround.
But there is also a reality.
If we have two games on that weekend, there will be an impact on us.
It's something we can work around, but it's something that we're really cognizant of.
Kane, I think that's a little way off, but I think there's exciting opportunities for us in India.
It's right at the edges, but we feel that there's an opportunity.
We've got 10,000 local Indians playing our game over there, and I think if we can get more people playing there, it's great.
They've built that from nothing on the back of volunteers, and we just want to help the volunteers there continue to grow.
