The press can report on it.
And then Elon and his team can be like, oh, actually, maybe that was kind of a bad thing and maybe they can reverse it.
That's what happened at the National Nuclear Security Administration a couple of weeks ago, if you remember.
That's what's happened at Veterans Affairs this week.
Just yesterday, you know, the secretary of Veterans Affairs, Doug Collins, was bragging about the billions in savings of slashed contracts that that his agency had had found thanks to Doge.
That they were going to be getting rid of and plowing that money back into supposedly plowing it back into veteran services.
Come to find out today after a lot, a lot of kind of internal angst about the various things that they had cut to get that wasn't a bunch of, you know, DEI programs like they like to say.
at Veterans Affairs, it was contracts that were being paid out to vendors for various actual services and things like that.
So come to find out today, they roll that back and they say, well, actually, you know, these are still pending.
We're going to decide which ones are and which ones aren't important.
And it's this bizarre situation where they're moving fast and breaking things.
They're relying on the internal people not to stand up and say, hey, actually, can can we can we maybe not cut this?
This is important because they're worried about getting hammered down.
So all they can do is leak to the press.
The press can report on it.
And then if enough of an outcry builds, then they put it back into into into shape.
