So I think that is another potentially actually alarming thing.

Yeah, I mean, that's a pretty good bet, Sherry.

I mean, it's interesting.

I actually did not realize until just this minute as you were talking about it that I was at that that Des Moines town hall back in January covering the caucuses.

And at the moment, at that time, it was a striking answer to me that he said that I'm not going to have time for retribution thing.

He essentially was was asked about, you know, his past statements where he where he

was explicitly embracing the notion that a reelected Trump would be a force of retribution against his enemies and MAGA's enemies.

And he kind of diffused it and defanged it and turned that question aside in kind of a clever way.

And I think in a way that a lot of his sort of more normie Republican backers breathed a sigh of relief about because they were kind of all like, please, will you stop talking about that stuff?

People don't like to hear about the retribution and all that kind of stuff.

Me personally, I'm sure I was driving with my gripping the steering wheel like crazy because the weather was horrible.

I don't remember that all there was like a total cold snap right before the caucuses in Des Moines last year.

It was it was hard to get around the state.

Yeah, I mean, look, it's a story based on anonymous sources.

It could be exactly as it's reported.

It could be tweaked in this or that way.

It could be off base.

But

The thing that just struck me, again, as I was narrating, like like my own response to that answer, it did seem out of keeping with the way he had responded to those questions in the past.
