Absolutely.

And maybe before you get into the nitty gritty of that launch and your product profiles and everything else, maybe just a high level of philosophical question on cardiology in general.

Because like over maybe the last 20 to 25 years, it's definitely shifted to more of a specialty and precision driven field of medicine.

Whereas before that, it was kind of a one size fits all approach where someone would go in with cardiac issues, they would get ASR, beta blockers, diuretics, and so on and so forth.

Do you agree with that statement?

Yes and no.

So I guess maybe to sum up your points, you think it's moving to targeting the core underlying pathology of the cardiovascular disease rather than the downstream effects?

So as you know, for decades, the scientific community has kind of changed its sentiment towards how they treat cardiovascular disease.

Let's talk about the clinical practice side.

What's been the impetus to change there?

So could you just give us a general sense of launch readiness activities you've undertaken ahead of the approval, whether that's talking to physicians, building awareness, or hiring a sales force, just anything that you've been working on?

We typically don't see SmitCap biotechs going to market alone in Europe.

So what's driving the decision to do that rather than seek out a partner?

It makes a lot of sense.

And you talk a lot about cost efficiency.

Do you think obstructive HCM is a good market for an efficient approach?

What I mean by that is, is it very concentrated in these kind of key academic centers?
