Maybe shifting gears now from Affy Campton to your other late-stage program, Omicampton McCarble, do you want to just give your thoughts on the brief history of the development program for this and then what informed your decision to bring it back in-house fully?

Maybe just going back to Omicantamacarbone for a second, just you mentioned it briefly that these severe heart failure patients are better suited for treatment with Omicantamacarbone than maybe the broader HF-REF population.

Can you actually describe what's different about them that does make them better suited for it?

Yeah.

Yeah, so it kind of touches back on our earlier discussion on the shift of cardiology to precision medicine.

And then maybe if we can just wrap it up with Oolacampton, which is another cardiac myosin inhibitor, but has a slightly different mechanism from Afacampton and Mavacampton.

Can you describe how the mechanism actually differs since it has a similar target, if not the same target, and why it would be uniquely positioned for a half-path or heart failure with preserved ejection fraction?

So, I mean, obviously it depends on the findings from Amber, but could we potentially see a pivotal program looking at the hypercontractile phenotype of HFPEF instead of broader HFPEF?

And then I know that Oolacampton has a relatively unique pharmacokinetic profile relative to other cardiac myosin inhibitors.

I believe it's a shorter half-life, but do you think that would lead to less of a deleterious effect on ejection fraction compared to Afacampton and Mavacampton?

I think that's all the questions we have time for.

But is there anything you wanted to highlight or you wish we had spoken more about by the side of kinetic story today?
