Struggles that weren't her fault.

It's not her fault she had bipolar.

You know, it's not her fault that like she was chronically depressed and had postpartum depression.

And it's not her fault that like, yeah, you know, yeah, literally.

So I don't blame her.

I don't have any like ill will.

And for the longest time, like I didn't want to like, I suppose, go public because, as I said, like me and my aunt, we were like one day we'll kind of we'll go public and we'll tell the world about like.

that some doctors failed her and some GPs really should have took the finger out like and we'll kind of go with it one day but like all the whole time I was kind of like I don't really want to like you know tell mum's story because it's a bad look for her like I won't get it wrong like some of the stuff that she was doing was

bad like you know like she could have seriously hurt someone on the roads or she could have seriously like um you know hurt my brother when she was kind of getting a bit violent and like it's a bad look for her but like as a i was recently at her inquest because obviously she died so young and because it was a suicide like you know they have to do an inquest and i was talking to my family and family friends and i kind of was saying this and the family's friend said to me um

But this doesn't define her, Andrew, you know, like that those 18 months where she was kind of falling apart, like doesn't define the kind and caring person that she was.

And you shouldn't let it.

So when I heard that I got in contact with you and I was like, please let me come on your podcast.

My aunt Sharon, who was just saying there, she was saying that in the kind of village next to her, there was like six suicides in the space of a year, just in the village, not even in County Galway, just in the village.
