I wonder whether when you think about this this disaggregation of the value chain, are there things which you think will be pervasive?
So we've talked about the MGA model and that does seem to be a trend that will continue for a very long period.
Then we talked about telematics, which has not really worked out, as you said.
Are there one or two things that you think okay there's now been a change in how this industry works which will be permanent?
Or is it still a bit early to call that?
If we uh we go to the kind of more boring end of the the value chain then the claims end, do you think you're seeing also some of the unbundling there too?
I mean
there's obviously independent there's always been independent claims management.
Uh but some of the recent innovations with, you know, use of drone technology, that kind of thing, seem to be having an impact there and
if I'm a carrier, if I can find ways to offload some of that that claims process, I'm gonna be more efficient.
