Um, and and we've subsequently helped them out by their second.

And and that's that'll be their final rental property because they don't have the budget to be able to just keep doing this.

Now on our model um

Previously, that we'd used, because there was that definite stop date that they had to sell everything all at once, it showed that they weren't going to hit their goal.

They needed to rethink things.

Now,

That was okay to them because some money was better than no money.

So they were prepared to say, okay, if we get 60% of our goal, that's better than zero percent, which is where we're heading at the moment.

Now.

Under this new model and and kind of rethinking some things more creatively, like uh would will would they end up moving from where they live, an expensive part of New Zealand, Auckland, to new to Christchurch and living in their their more affordable property, paying down that rental property mortgage between now and retirement as much as possible, which is again an uncommon thing to do most of the time, but but works for these people, they actually are going to be able to make

That their original plan work based on the new revised um uh set of parameters that we put in there.

And she in particular had a um health scare only a couple of years ago, like quite a serious one.

And when we were um going through this, she went quiet.

And I said, Is that making kind of sense?

And she said, I'm just a bit overwhelmed.

Like, I didn't think we were ever gonna be able to retire.

I just expected to have

to die at work.

And uh it was quite emotional for it.

And I just think being able to give people a bit more um control of understand and understanding of of where they're heading and and how to make it work.
