Um, I I do think um particularly people that are getting closer to retirement get a bit more panicked, as I said before, and um they kind of they fall into two camps then.

They either just work too long or they bury their head in the sand.

And if you don't know um what needs to be done to be able to live the lifestyle you want or what you need to adjust, it can be quite scary.

And it means that you you all of a sudden just don't have

control of your financial future, you're just hoping and

So let's just make up um just let's say an entry level property, let's say a Hamilton townhouse or something like that.

And what would the numbers look like on that?

Um uh let's say it was a three bedroom townhouse, um uh a and you might spend um

of seven hundred and twenty thousand dollars, three bedroom with a garage, and you just want something um that you're gonna borrow a hundred percent on, um, some money against your house and some money against the rental property.

And let's say it goes up by five percent a year and you're not gonna

in ten years time, so when he's 63, he drops down to um uh three days a week, which would be sixty percent of his normal income.
