And what about what about Sharon?

Sharon's doing three days a week at the moment, but she liked to drop down to two.

Sharon still likes to have her uh her ladies' lunches once a week, so she doesn't want Dean to be around for that.

Yeah, and I think um because uh one of the major things that this does is gives you that flexibility to hold on to properties and see continued growth past the re the age that you stop working, your time and age, um, rather than sell everything all at once and or reduce your spend over time, it has much a much of a more meaningful impact on on how much how long

um there's one particular case because I've been trialing out this as we've been um working through the process of developing this.

And um some of my clients, some of my favorite clients, um, came to see me and they they only engaged with us

Maybe five years ago.

And these guys, um, they're they're older, they're closer to retirement.

Um, like like quite close.

Um, they didn't own their own home.

So they're rent investors.

They bought their first property in Christchurch.

Um, and and we've subsequently helped them out by their second.

And and that's that'll be their final rental property because they don't have the budget to be able to just keep doing this.

Now on our model um

Previously, that we'd used, because there was that definite stop date that they had to sell everything all at once, it showed that they weren't going to hit their goal.

They needed to rethink things.

Now,

That was okay to them because some money was better than no money.

So they were prepared to say, okay, if we get 60% of our goal, that's better than zero percent, which is where we're heading at the moment.
