It didn't make a lot of sense for a lot of those mum and dad investors that were just being hit with these extra taxes to pay.
You'd invested just after the GFC, so it was a pretty complex financial time.
You had a couple of kids, you had business, you'd got a whole bunch of mortgages.
Accountants tend to be more conservative.
