And I know you've got a couple of daughters who are just kind of beginning their own careers as they were growing up.
Obviously, your wife's been very involved in your business and your property investment dealings.
So you guys are entrenched financially rather than one person doing one thing and one person doing the other thing like happens in a lot of households.
What have you and your wife taken from your own experience and how have you taught your daughters how to respect money and grow their wealth?

You're 65.
But Peter's got to be one of the more sprightly people.
I would have thought you're actually not quite 60 yet.
You flirt.
You've still got a lot of spring in your step.
You've still got a lot of things to do.
But you could collect the pension and live on your $400 a week.
What are your future plans?
What does retirement look like for you?
Well, congratulations on the granddaughter.
And it sounds like you've got some good things to do with your time now,
So I'm going to start with one that you might not even think, like, oh oh yeah, of course, that has to be relevant for our goal, which is retiring at the same time.
