And I think landlords, by and large, do an excellent job.

That is my business partner, Ed, putting my name in the light.

So in terms of, I would help more people buy houses for themselves than the number of people that I'm giving home to.

Yeah, and if I think about the times where I've made money from a cash flow perspective out of lost money, I don't think there's been much change.

Anytime that I do, I go and buy another property and I use that to kind of balance out my portfolio.

So I'm not, I don't make money from a day-to-day perspective.

I am hoping for that capital growth in the future.

Now, in the meantime, there are

But again, it's not because I'm doing it to get into heaven.

I'm doing it because I want money later on.

But in the meantime, I think there is this perception that, oh, he must be making a whole lot of money from this portfolio.

Absolutely not.

I don't think I make any money right now, and anything goes back into maintenance.

Now, again, that's not a woe is me story.

I am fully expecting to make profit from this in the future.

But in the meantime, there are people that...

don't want to necessarily buy a house right now or might not be able to buy a house that are getting provided accommodation.
