Yeah I think in the first two minutes of the game I tore my MCL which I didn't realise at the time and then I think it was like six minutes later I tore my hamstring on the other leg probably because of the knee so yeah it was a weird injury to pick up on and then
I think I got back actually in decent time, shaved a few weeks off, and then I had a re-tear coming back into it.
And then I actually was back in January.
I just couldn't get back into the Munster squad until April.

I was kind of knocking on the door and just kept asking like can I get an opportunity I know time's running out here before contracts are going to get announced and yeah like I said I think my contract was already decided by the time I was getting let go and I still hadn't had a chance to play from when I thought I was probably playing some of the best rugby in my career so yeah that was probably pretty frustrating I have to say.
No, it's probably just like, it was more so that other players were waiting in line as well, probably longer than I have.
Which is fair enough, there's a lot of lads that are playing some good rugby in the squad that, you know, hadn't been given opportunities.
So yeah, it was kind of just a waiting game.
And I suppose it came at a frustrating time as well during the Six Nations, you know, it's quite a stop start.
The Welsh Rugby Union has confirmed that one of Scarlett's or Osprey's will be axed from their professional offering by 2028.
