Yeah, I would say the first thing people, I think it goes underrated, but Jermaine has really good feet, especially for a bigger tackle.
And the second thing I would say is he's really strong.
Like a lot of times he can get in unorthodox positions, especially in the run game, but he's so strong he could just move guys over.
But no, Jermaine has done a great job.
I'm excited to see him take that next step because I know he wants to, but he has all the tools to do it.

eagerness to to learn um obviously he's young but when he's in the room he's always asking questions he's talking to me about doing extra work asking me how i approach different things and i think it's going to help him in the long run obviously we haven't gotten the training camp but just you know looking at otas he has all the physical gifts you can ask for he's a smart player and it's this is a unique situation especially for me because i was in an
same offense for four years.
And when the rookies come in, you know, we're kind of helping them along, but we're all learning at the same time right now with the new system.
So it's been pretty unique, but also a great experience just talking ball, trying to figure out how we want to communicate certain days.
But I'm excited to see how he's going to play.

But like you said, bringing in Ricard, first of all, he's a freak of nature.
Like he's really a, like size-wise, he's an offensive guard.
But like when we're doing conditioning and we're doing speed work, he runs with the tight ends and running back.
So I'm like, this is ridiculous.
Like, I don't know how you can do that, but it's going to be exciting.
It doesn't get much better than that.
And I get it's a passing league and all that stuff like that, but if you play defense and you have to line up against that every Sunday, you don't want to do that.
