Yeah, we don't always want to admit to ourself to the degree we're actually kind of free falling through life and we don't have control to the way we would like to assert.
And we spoke to that kind of that difference between dharma and karma, like the path that set out for you that is...
easier to follow in some sense, but ends up being harder down the road versus the other path that maybe seems more harder in the moment, but actually will lead to a more fulfilling way of being down the road.
And I think on that journey, discerning that voice and the innumerable forces that we have within us, there is a distinct connection
difference between the feeling from the mind and the heart.
And in the devotional practice, in bhakti, very much so in the heart.
You know, I think on the path to self-realization, there are so many beautiful paths.
I personally probably resonate a little bit more with the jnana path, which is kind of more like a piercing intellect.
And that kind of creates a certain type of person.
Bhakti people are typically just very sweet because they're spending so much time in that prayer and in the heart.
And
I'm curious your thoughts on the intelligence of the heart.
Cause we don't always think of the heart as like a means to know, to check in which direction to move in life.
And, um, we live in a quite intellectual society.
Yeah.
And I think Bhakti is, is like returning in many ways to the intelligence of the heart.
Yeah, and the intelligence of the heart, how the heart often knows in ways a rational mind can fight with.
Yeah.
