I spoke to a good friend of mine who's probably going to listen to this podcast, Chris, who's a bit of an expert on the Russian League, or he tells me he is anyway.
He says what he expects from Russia is that they're going to sit deep and England's pace is going to cause them problems, which brings us on nicely to the England starting line-up.
