We got to go around the other side.
And this is, it's like a...
It's like conducting an orchestra, okay?
And there's always a section that's not right.
And you have to be able to identify that, address those things, big and small, okay?
And at first, when you start off, you're going to only see the big fires, okay?
You're only going to see it because you don't have the perspective to know that the small fires turn into the big ones.
So when you first start,
you're going to see the big fires pop up and you're going to be like, all right, I got it.
But what happens is, is as you gain the skillset of just experience of running a company, you start to identify the little fires when they're first starting.
Okay.
And that just comes with experience.
You know, you get to a point where
Little remarks that happen from your employees, you already know where that can go, right?
Like an employee says something that doesn't sound right and you're like, okay, well last time I heard this, this turned into a big fucking ordeal.
Let me go address this now.
Correct.
So you start to like identify these things
quicker and more accurately as you go.
That's a normal process.
