It's not about delegating as it is about having a teaching moment so that then they can just handle it on their own.
If you delegate shit to people that don't know what the fuck they're doing, they'll fuck your business up.
Well, and there's levels to problems too, right?
Like let's say there's a five alarm fire and you don't have time to fuck around.
Then you move motherfuckers.
Exactly.
Right.
And then, but then there's an important part to that too.
Okay.
You bring them with you.
All right.
Hey, look, we're going to fucking solve this right now.
You go solve it.
And then after you solve it, you turn around and you say, okay, what did I do?
You did this and this and this.
Why did I do that?
Because of this and this and this.
And you still turn it into a moment where they can learn from your actions.
But that's never as good as letting them come up with the answer on their own.
