You can just see in his montage here for Gareth Southgate, who wants to play and
Jordan Pickford has, we call it in goalkeeping, the full range of clubs.
He can do it all.
And whether he goes big with that hammer of a left foot, even stepping up and taking the penalty.
So we talk again about the mentality.
So he's played in big tournaments.
So the fact that he's been there, done it in big tournaments to show that, to score the goal and then, you know, make that big save.
And you can see what it means to him.
So he's experienced it where he's in the World Cup, you know, in the Nations League as well.
And he makes big saves.
You can see here with his, he's a reflex goalkeeper, quite unorthodox.
He wouldn't always be how you'd coach.
It's not always textbook, but he's still very effective at keeping the ball out the net.
And I talk about mentality whenever he's been made big saves, because even in this Manchester United game, he wouldn't have been happy with the goal he conceded, but then it didn't affect him.
He went on to make the big saves to,
to make sure Everton came out with a point.
So big price tag, still a young man, but I think it's his in possession game.
And he's been the one who's asked to do it more at club level and done it for Gareth Southgate.
And that's the way England want to play.
So that's why I think with his caps, his in possession game is why he is in the driving seat and probably is England's number one at the moment.
