It's been I've been fascinated.
There's been like an online like discourse of like, you know, all these golf courses look the same.
And and they're talking about golf courses built in sand dunes.
Right.
Which like and they're like, uh I'm tired of s like I've seen this like discourse of I'm tired of sand dunes golf.
It's like, well, like, do you want to build Parkland golf now instead of sand uh golf in sand dunes?
Which I don't I don't really understand.
Like I want to play more golf and sand dunes.
I like golf and sand dunes uh because there's a lot of reasons why I like it.
But it sounds like this site is dramatically different than say your Wild Spring Dunes or you know the the site Michael's working at rodeo or whether it's you know Sand Valley or or Bandon in the sense that it's not like like big sand dunes.
It's more of it's like a different top uh topographical features, right?
Yeah, it does seem like the other there's like a lot of great, you know, uh soils that aren't pure sand that are just kind of almost skipped over because it's like, oh, this uh we could find sand a couple miles away where like you have those like sandy loams that you know still drain really well, still can be moved around to pretty well, but aren't that pure sand that everybody

I would say that, you know, this is another thing that stretches across like so many things.
Like I think one of the, you know, societal trends is instant gratification.
