I don't know if I put it in here, but someone asked, like, you know, when's the best time to play a new golf course?
Like everybody runs to play a golf course.
And part of it like I I have to play golf courses early as part of my job.
But like
I always tell people it it's better to wait a couple of years to play these golf courses because they have grown, they've matured, they've grown in, their their playing conditions are better.
Like and there is like a whole element to like the golf course thing where you think about the way they used to work is they took longer to build.
You know, and then it was like open, but it wa i the hype built over time as people pass through town.
Right.
And now now it's just, you know, and models.
Yeah, I I remember uh playing a really hot day at Prairie Dunes and we played we played the original tees and there seemed to be like a big cottonwood by every original tea.
And it was fascinating.
Like actually that literally like a big cottonwood by every single one.
And it was like, Oh, this is nice.
