I can't watch a footy match now without watching it as a coach, and it burns me out a bit.

If I'm at home on my own, I can't, so I'll watch it.

If I'm at a game, I'll constantly be scanning and going, oh, they're doing this, or they're leaving a spare man, or it's a plus one there.

But if I'm, the only way, if I go to, like I took, I took our Joe, the last game we went was the Carabag match, the 7-0.

Right.

And I remember coming out of that game buzzing because Liverpool had been good and it was his first European night under the light and he loved it.

I remember walking out thinking, I've not once thought about the game other than just being a fan and being with my lad.

If that makes sense, I consume the game back as a fan.

But if I'm sat on my own in the living room watching a game, I constantly am thinking about other things and thinking I can see why they've done that or why they won't.

But the only time, really, is if I'm with Joe or watching a game with Joe or if I'm out having a pint, I kind of switch off with the lads and stuff.

But I do think about the game a lot differently, yeah.

I think he tries to go the other way to balance himself out a bit.

I tend not to, there are some that are really bad, aren't there, like, and, you know, in fairness to most TV executives or producers, whatever it is, they don't, not many of the bad ones stay around.

They'll have a couple of bad ones and that, but there are some, and I've, you know, I've got a real, like, irrational hatred of this statement that

especially when pros make it and i'm going to give an analogy now because i hope it's okay to say keo's in the room but when they say when it goes to a penalty shootout and they say oh it's a lottery it's not a lottery right so keo is a fantastic musician keo practices the guitar every single week or every day probably i don't know if keo gets asked to go and play in front of 50 000 people

playing that guitar, he will be better at doing it in front of the 50,000 people under the pressure because he's practiced every single day.

If you take penalties, if you practice them, if you practice the skill of, so whatever action you're doing on a football pitch, the more you practice it,

you can't recreate i'm getting you can't recreate a world cup final penalty shootout you are going to be better at it if you have been practicing it as much as you possibly can in the builder because everything your technical ability your position and your body everything will be better as with the guitarist as with a singer as with an actor whatever you're doing a golfer
