Imagine, just picture in your mind that he's not doing this just for him, although he will probably benefit because he owns one of the aerospace companies that stands to benefit from all this.
But imagine he knows other people who are in positions like him who may be in those companies.
And maybe they're like, hey, we are trapped too because it is not real.
We can't do much with the technology that we're sitting on, but we know a lot about it and we really could.
We just need to change the situation.
We need a small D disclosure that basically frees us up legally to start moving on some of this stuff.
But we want to keep control of it, so we're not going to turn it over to universities, the university system, or whatever the independent scientists will look at.
It's going to be something that we keep here at Lockheed, and it'll be a special deal that we just have with the government.
But it'll be an open secret.
And I think that sounds like the pitch.
