Getting up at seven o'clock in the morning has not come naturally, but I've done it for a while now.

I can do it.

Cup of tea, probably uh try and wake up, maybe take my wife a cup of tea, depending on uh exactly whether I think that's going to be appreciated or not.

Oh, okay.

I'm getting the point now, but I should probably have put a little more prep into this.

The producer, the producer said I was no prep required, right?

So I haven't really got into the absolute details.

I'm sure I can check my phone and tell you exactly what time.

I'm gonna suggest that it was a twenty past seven alarm clock that woke me up.

And again it doesn't make me happy.

I'd much rather be woken up with a you know, a little cuddle, you know, a little kiss, maybe, little cup of tea, you know, and do nothing for a couple of hours.

But that wasn't yesterday from memory.

Oh, I I can't bounce.

Literally I can't bounce first thing in the morning.

No.

It's a struggle out.

I do have uh one sort of family quirk as it's now become to be known, which i is I basically wake up, go straight into the bathroom and stick my head in a sink full of water.

Because it's the only way that I can actually face the day at that time of the morning.

There's this theory.
