I I mean I've done this for years and I do struggle in the morning and it's the only way I can I can function quickly early.

But there was something where y if you have a cold shower at the start of the day, it sort of gets you going in a sort of, you know, rather unpleasant way.

And I figured that this was in a very minor way my cold show.

It's as cold as possible.

It's gotta be a real shock, yeah.

And the longer you can keep your head under there, you know, the better it is, really.

That is it.

I torture myself.

I mean it's literally probably twenty seconds, but you do definitely feel better.

I mean I could pretend, but as you can see from my head, the the jokes are me pulling the hair.

That would really be torture trying to pull my own skin going, Don't answer the question.

I'm gonna try that now.

That sounds like a routine I might have fun with.

Well, usually I like to think I can get a cup of tea fairly stealthily so as I don't wake up the children, otherwise I've got to deal with them straight away before cup of tea time.

Yeah, definitely there was stealth there.

Everybody was very much tucked up.

And then my son is fifteen, so he he's not holiday camp person in the holidays.

So he's got his own agenda.

Got had to get my daughter to her holiday club, so she was up first.

Don't care as it comes, usually with a bit of milk.
