Do you have lots of other versions first or th there's a Twitter conversation somewhere from maybe twelve, thirteen years ago, if we can find it, which where you actually see the principles coming into into life.

We had a few principals in the school, um, of which questioning and feedback and I think challenge perhaps maybe a couple

Um were already there.

And then we we just kept talking about it and um

Uh there was a guy called Dan Brinton, um, if you remember him on Twitter.

I don't know if he still is now, but he was also part of that discussion.

And we just kept sending it around and

sort of attacking it from each side and gradually it sort of came into into focus.

I was reading an awful lot um of education from sort of

Not not always the research, but you know, the the books, you know, the summaries at the time and and it was up all night reading them.

I was become addicted to this.

And so all of those all of that was sort of informing the thinking around it.

Things like um

um Hattie um

Hidden Lives of Learners, all of those books, um

And then reading blogs like yours at the same time.

And I think all of those things were just sort of

It just came together.
