Um, it is simple and we we d we do sort of get that.

Yeah we've been we've been quoted in a lot of um sort of PG C E dissertations and um you know a lot of new teachers have been told off from quote quote for quoting us as bit as a secondary sort of source and that kind of thing.

Um but it has provided a sort of gateway, I think, and and I think it it does, you know, it it is helpful for new teachers.

But as you say,

I think it's really helpful.

Yeah, well um yes, absolutely.

I mean we talk about the principles all the time and I think

I think every teacher at our school is really well versed in using the language of the principals to describe

you know, different aspects of lessons and different aspects of learning.

Um so yeah, I mean all the time I think um going back to what Sean said, we what we've learnt is that that you you have to get a little bit more sort of of a fine focus when giving feedback to teachers.

Um, but we do so it for this this year, for example, um live modelling and guided practice and particularly sort of the co-construction element of modelling has been a real focus for my department.

Um, feedback in lessons.

It's we we keep going back to these things.

So yeah, I mean it's part of our sort of

it it's central to our improvement priorities as a department, as it is in in other departments across the school, but also very much part of

Um, the feedback I might give to individual teachers or the work I do with them.

And just how people talk about it, it's it

So you know, we have like many departments, we have some, some of our resources are centralized, you know, and and the mod you know, where to model is in place, where the practice will be in these lessons, you know, um, what kind of questions to ask.
