We need more of our women allies to help us fight for this because there is something going on when it comes to black women.

and just believing in what they can do.

Like you said, she didn't get any feedback and she's just fired.

Like you said, give her the feedback, give her the things that you want her to do.

And that reminds me too of being a player.

As a player, if a coach doesn't tell you what they want from you and they just sit you on the bench, you feel like you're on your own island.

That's why I'm tearing up because it reminds me of those times where you just feel like, who's out here helping me?
