Angela was supposed to go out that night with Lisa and another sister, but cried off sick.

I didn't feel well enough to go out, so I didn't go out.

I texted her, apologised and said I would see her the next time and that I loved her.

We stayed home.

I said, oh my God, somebody's dead.

So I tried ringing my sister in Dublin.

She didn't answer.

At this stage, she was probably getting the news herself.

And then I tried ringing Lisa and she didn't answer.

And then I tried ringing Ger O'Hara, her killer, and he didn't answer.

Martin got out and I suppose I could see my father, I could see my brother and they just, they couldn't look at me.

So they wouldn't look at me.

They wouldn't make eye contact with me.

So I knew that it was bad.

And then Martin just blurted it out.

And then he just said, Lisa's dead.

And I just looked at him and I was like, I couldn't understand how Lisa was dead.

And in a split second, I thought, was there an accident?

Did something happen?

A lot of thoughts in that moment went through my mind.
