It's easy to cook with.
It's basically like a green and you can put it through things so you can just wilt it down with other stuff.
So we're going to have asparagus now with Maisie and some broccoli and we can throw this in at the end and it just wilts down with it all.
Or you can make a lovely wild garlic pesto.
