And maybe considering things like family therapy, round table meetings, joint settlement meetings, mediation and any other method of N C DR that is available to you, but obviously taking into account any safeguards required for any victims of domestic abuse.

But turning specifically to applications

For me, the more detail the better.

there may be very limited opportunities to provide information to the court that you want the court to take into account.

particularly as gatekeeping hearings aren't attended by the parties or their representatives.

So when it comes to preparing your C one hundred, for example.

I would put as much detail in there as possible.

I wouldn't set it out as a narrative statement, but certainly I would include a lot more information that you would normally do and a cap.

I wouldn't say that there's a change of approach in in relation to whether you would file a C one A.
