You know, that it translates into a consistently safe process for parents and for children and that there are fair outcomes.

There was provision for a review and then it was removed.
I think
lot of us would have liked to have seen that remain and maybe there could be consideration of putting that back in at some point for the more complex cases.
The other point that I was going to make is that section ninety one fourteen orders
In my own experience, have become a lot more prevalent.
They are time limited generally, and usually to two or three years.
However
the judge or legal advisor or magistrates will consider whether there is a need for that kind of order in most cases.
And I think that will have an impact on how many cases come back.
I also think that those are necessary sometimes, particularly where there's been litigation abuse and that is clear.
However, it can in some instances make life very difficult for people.
It adds that additional hoop to jump through before you can proceed with an application.
What I have found though is that judges, when they do make those orders, are noting that they're not in relation to enforcement applications for obvious reasons.

That would be the main thing that I would suggest to people and that would include making sure you gather evidence early.
