So I was thinking about intuition today on my morning walk with Jackie Jackie Jackie Pooh.

in Hardam de Estrella, which is a beautiful, gorgeous lush

Park that's about six minute walk from my house and the magic house.

And it brought me to the story of the magic house actually.

And

It all came back to me listening to a feeling that I had in my body last fall.

And it was a feeling that I could have easily ignored.

And it's a feeling that for most of my life I actually did ignore or

tried to douse with alcohol or eat my way through.

So today I want to talk to you about intuition, what it actually is, what science says about it, and why it might be hard for you to hear it, especially if you're someone who has spent years over drinking.

And I'm gonna tell you the whole story of how this one decision of me paying attention and listening to my feelings and what my body was telling me.
