Like where is the fairness in that?
And so I often think about, you know, coming at the finance world, you know, now I work in finance and I think about a lot of the skills that we have from the creative arts and
to bring that into the financial world.
And as Rach said, you know, using therapeutic tools or kind of just reframing it.
And, you know, I always felt that I wasn't good at numbers, but you don't have to be good at numbers to be good with money.
And so it's been a really interesting journey.
And my experience of the financial world has been that they're actually really open to thinking about things differently and going โ
okay, well, how can we better connect with our customers or our clients?
And I really like that.
And I like, you know, I like bringing some jazz hands to the financial world, you know, it's great.
It was.
And I think that's something, you know, Rach and I often talk about that.
Like, yeah, we are not...
Yeah, we are risk takers.
We, you know, like to work in the arts or to work in, you know, a profession that is pretty fluctuating, you have to have a certain amount of risk, you know, a pretty high tolerance for risk.
And yeah, sailing across the ocean with a baby is,
I didn't think twice about that.
I was like, yeah, let's have an adventure.
And in our book, actually, we really unpack risk and this idea that women are risk averse.
And it's not actually that.
