And I try to let whatever has to happen happen and not direct it because I've got this thought.

One day I went into the studio and I made a bowl of

It was about a meter and a half, a meter 20, let's say, deep and equivalent wide.

So a big bowl, empty bowl, carved out of polystyrene.

I coated it with a bit of resin and then put it on the wall.

and decided to paint it Prussian blue, a colour I'd hardly used until then.

So I put it up and painted it, say, late in the afternoon, and then I went home and came back to the studio in the morning.
