And we left him and he was failing and he was on the run.

So Bolivar, first of all, we sort of told you this, flees to Jamaica and then Haiti.

And many believed, you know, with him on the run, he's no longer on the scene.

The whole cause is lost.

It has collapsed.

I think one, you can have a grey area, but I think the second certainly does change him.
