Well, that's a strange thing to say because that's not usually the way investigations go.

You don't close anything, if you will.

until there's something's found.

You generally think a crime of any type of kidnapping, that money is somehow going to be involved, right?

But we don't have that.

We don't have any...

But he's saying we need X amount of money.

There's no ransom, if you will, that's been inferred in any way.

So everything that you normally would think about is not there.

We've tried to exhaust the other possible motives.

You know, we do have women or people abducted for sexual reasons.

I think they've looked at that and said there's no way that that is a motive.

So it gets you back to the money.

Who would benefit from it if there was money involved for ransom and nothing seems to have happened?
