So, you know, hopefully people, you know, are starting to understand more and more because the dialogue is there around, well, what do we actually need to recover from stress and how do we re-energise ourselves?

you know, doing a meditation or doing a simple breathing activity or spending time outside.
They're really, you know, sort of quick and effective ways of actually recovering from stress.
