But then it's also about thinking, you know, what do you need that's actually going to help with your wellbeing?
And this is different for everyone.
So it can be a bit of a, you know, a test and see.
But it's important to identify what those things are.
So it might be about, you know, spending time with others,
exercising, sleeping more, you know, doing those sort of positive activities so that they can, you know, ensure that they've got those positive aspects in their life.
So if someone was sort of to come up to me in the street and ask, you know, for that sort of made the wave magic wand, it would be put back on them around, you know, well, you need to work out what it is that you actually need to help you recover from the stress and
but also ensure that you are looking for ways that you can actually thrive and flourish as well.
Absolutely.
And the important thing to remember is that self-care is not self-indulgence.
So often people tend to prioritise
their work or other people around them.
But what, you know, they need to realise is that self-care actually enables you to be at your best when you're doing those things that are most important to you.
So, you know, putting your oxygen mask on first is probably one of those things that I highly recommend for people, which is going to make sure that they're living their best selves as well.
Yes, absolutely.
Oh, great question.
Putting you on the spot here?
No, but I feel like I'm sort of absorbing everything that's out there at the moment.
I mean, for me, I always come back to some of the, you know, general books around, you know, Marty Seligman has written a fantastic one called Flourish, which talks about, you know, a wellbeing framework that you can follow.
Sonia Lubomirsky has a great book.
