It's like a guide to the how of happiness.

So, you know, and Gretchen Rubin has done one on the Happiness Project.

But even, you know, coming back to, you know, more local heroes, you know, I follow Hugh Van Sullenberg from the Resilience Project.

He's got, yeah, an excellent book out by the same name that's got some great tips and tricks.

But in terms of blogs as well, yeah.

You know, there are, you know, plenty out there.

Thrive Global, which is Ariana Huffington's organization, they produce an excellent blog.

So there really is, you know, a lot of, you know, content out there.

It's probably just about finding the ones that, you know, resonate the most with you and your particular situation.

Yeah, I do.

This is something I started a few years ago prior to launching my own practice as a way of actually sharing what I was learning from this field.

you know, acknowledging that I was getting a lot out of it, I thought, well, hang on, I'm pretty sure if I share this, others are going to get something out of this too.

So blogging is a way of me, you know, keeping up to date with the latest research as well and being able to share what I've learned and what I've tried.

So it is something I do regularly.

I do it for myself and for those I've worked with and those that subscribe to the list.

But I've also been doing some guest blogging for organisations as well, which has been really great.

Yeah, that's a great question.

I don't know if anyone's actually ever asked me that.

So I suppose it stemmed from when I was first looking at what I was trying to achieve, which was

the responsibilities I had in my role, which was as a people leader, I was suddenly in charge of driving the engagement and the performance of my team.
