That's a very specific case after he fired the federal trade commissioners, the Democrats on the federal trade commission.

So we'll see what the Supreme Court says.

But the fact that my term has expired doesn't really strengthen or weaken a case.

The only way that he can get rid of me other than maybe by firing me, depending on what the Supreme Court does,

is if he nominates and the Senate confirms a replacement in the time before I have to
