So we saw that with the New York Times.
We've seen that with the Wall Street Journal.
We've seen that in other contexts as well.
The administration keeps trying and they keep getting pushed back.
Now, they keep trying to circumvent these court decisions.
I'm not unaware of that.
But nonetheless, if these parties stand up and push back, then they will win.
And that is going to continue to diminish the ability that this administration has so far had to chill speech, which is very real.
We see a lot of chilled speech throughout the country.
And I see that in my First Amendment tour where people are terrified of being brought before the commission and dragged into some kind of a big enforcement fight.
