They're spending it
wrongly.
They tried to spend something like 500 million euros in putting in water meters.
They weren't needed.
There are now some of them left in the ground and they're useless.
Irish water and between them, radio, television, newspapers and the billboards outside the door are telling us what a great job they're doing.
They're not doing a great job.
They're incompetent.
They're losing a third of our water every day.
So how can anybody say that if we give them more money, that they would be using it wisely?
Why didn't we react to the water charges before they were made and installed?
