Fix the leaks.

There were 60% leaks at that time.

60% water was leaked at that time.

Now it's 30%.

Why didn't we complain?

I don't know, but I do know that they've literally fixed half the leaks.

They've gone from 60% to 30%.

So I'm not coming down in Irish water.

I think it's going to take decades probably to fix all the leaks, given the fact that the infrastructure is Victorian in the city.

But I do think we just need to make sure that if people are going to be charged, it's for excessive use of water.

You don't want a situation where people can't have water

You know, this is not your air telephone or some other, this is something you absolutely have to have in your house.

I pay a minimum rate.

When I'm in Ireland, say, for three or four months, all I pay is that minimum rate.

At the moment, after the 10th of the Constitution in 1937, Cork was in the Constitution.

And it says that water is there.

And it cannot be sold off.
