If we're going to be charging people for excess use of water, let's charge Irish water for losing 33% of it every day.

In a week, we would have two extra days of water if the leaks were fixed.

And we wouldn't have to have water.

Yeah, fix the leads.

We wouldn't have to have water hose bands or cutting off water after 12 o'clock at night.

We'd have none of that.

I mean, we have a government here at the moment who have enough money and they throw money at everything.
