I'm just going to give you a current example because just three days ago, a 100-year-old water main broke just down the street from my house.

But because of the bureaucracy, because of the ineptitude of our local government, it took four hours to turn the water main off.

four hours, and it created a 40-foot sinkhole.

And that part of Sunset Boulevard, the famous Sunset Boulevard that you have these rosy ideas about, you're not going to be able to drive it if you come here for quite a long time because it has been ruined.
