And I think that just having a

name for the issue and demanding it, calling politicians out when they're creating really burdensome, fussy things, I think it could happen.

And I think that making the government more responsible for actual service delivery, that's the big thing.

People have to demand it.

Oh, I think about this all the time.

Fixing is hard, supersede.

Get rid of TANF and make a child tax credit bigger.

Or for instance, there's these really great proposals to just put children on Medicaid or Medicare.

Kids are really, really cheap to insure.

A lot of them already have Chip, which is a program that does this.

That is not a simplification thing, but man, would that be nice for parents?

They don't do the thing where they start small and then let it get bigger and bigger and bigger.
