I mean, what's your take on it?

I think what you point out is actually really interesting because the signal to that Labour base who are growing increasingly disillusioned with Starmer's administration is,

could be that.

You know, West Streeting was at a different place from the leadership in terms of what their line should be, what their stance should be on Gaza.

Ed Miliband, we know in that national security meeting after the war in Iran broke out, advised Keir Starmer, no, no, no, let's hold back from this.

And that's something that's now seen as one of the good things that Keir Starmer did.

I mean, it's something that he didn't do, but it was a decision that

the general public, it was popular with the general public.

So Ed Miliband was involved in that decision.

So I think that's interesting to point out that those two things could be a signal to the left that they're taking foreign policy in a certain direction.

I think it is going to be tricky.

It's not Miliband's natural area of interest or expertise.

And, you know, it's going to be tricky with him, with Donald Trump.

They just have a completely different worldview in terms of energy security and energy policy.

Actually, something people do admire about Ed Miliband, even if they don't agree with his ideological positions, is that he is a very effective minister.

So he knows how to drive things through.

He knows how to use the civil service to forward his agenda.

And he knows how to, like you say, dig his heels in.

And that is, you know, he's someone with previous government experience at the climate department.
