Uh and I believe there's an element where they're guaranteed a you know certain signing bonus should they sign, you know, if they participate in that.

So um so it it's good for both it's good for all parties basically to have clear objective data, um, which as we know it's in today's game is everything.

I you see stories of guys who fall in a draft for one reason or another, but had some scout who believed in them and um yeah, I I still value that stuff and I think I think the good teams still value both aspects of that, you know.

Um and I know that's that always sounds like a cop well, you need a little bit of both, but it you really do.

Uh y you y scouting still matters in the sport.

Um it's funny, you see some guys walk around in in khakis and polos, you know, like uh like a real job interview at a in a tech company or whatever.

But um no, I it matters 'cause personality matters too.

Uh look, we just had one of the top ten hitters in M L B get traded.

by the Red Sox because of a a conflict basically uh in the clubhouse, in the in their dynamic and how they operate.

And so the more you get to know a player, what makes him sick, what kind of teammate is he, you know, uh the all those aspects, the better.

You know, the more information you have, the better.
